For a staff person, the following must be provided: StaffUniqueStateId, IdentificationSystem, ID, FirstName, LastSurname, BirthDate, StateOrganizationId, TX-Sex, TX-HispanicLatinoEthnicity, TX-AmericanIndianAlaskaNative, TX-Asian, TX-BlackAfricanAmerican, TX-NativeHawaiianPacificIslander, TX-White, TX-StaffTypeCode, TX-HighestDegreeLevel, TX-YearsExperienceInDistrict, and TX-TotalYearsOfProfessionalExperience.

TOTAL-YEARS-PROF-EXPERIENCE should be less than 41.

For a staff person, the TX-YearsExperienceInDistrict should be less than 41 years.

FIRST-NAME, MIDDLE-NAME, and/or LAST-NAME should not end with " JR", " SR", " I", " II", " III", " IV", " V", " VI", " VII", " VIII", " IX", or " X" (not case sensitive).

For a staff person, FirstName, MiddleName and/or LastSurname should not end with any of the following characters that suggest a generation indicator: " JR", " SR", " I", " II", " III", " IV", " V", " VI", " VII", " VIII", " IX", or " X" (not case sensitive).

A staff person’s age on the PEIMS Fall snapshot date of the current school year should be between 16 and 75 years old.

A staff person’s age on the PEIMS Fall snapshot date of the current school year should be between 16 and 75 years old.

FIRST-NAME, LAST-NAME, SEX-CODE, and DATE-OF-BIRTH should not be identical on staff reported with two or more different STAFF-IDs.

For a staff person reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must be reported: ID, Sex, BirthDate, HispanicLatinoEthnicity, HighestLevelOfEducationCompleted, YearsOfPriorProfessionalExperience, and at least one RacialCategory.

For this staff person, there must be at least one staff responsibility reported.

For each staff person reported in the PEIMS Extended Year submission, they must be reported with a staff responsibility.

Teachers that are not designated with a TX-TeacherIncentiveAllotmentDesignationCode must be reported with teacher class assignment (teacher section association) data for the Class Roster Winter Submission.
