For a leaver, TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID must match a TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID for a student in GRADE-LEVEL-CODE "07"-"12".

A student reported as a leaver must be reported with corresponding student data with TX-GradeLevel "07"-"12"

For a leaver, CAMPUS-ID must match an entry that is registered with the TEA as an active instructional campus in the reporting LEA in the previous school year ending in "001"-"698".

For a leaver, the StateOrganizationId (TX-SchoolReference) must have been an active instructional campus in the reporting LEA in the previous school year and must end in "001"-"698".

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", then DATE-OF-GRADUATION must be after "072022" and before "092023".

For a graduate leaver, the TX-DateOfGraduation must be after the month of July preceding the previous school year and before the month of September following the previous school year.

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", then DATE-OF-GRADUATION, GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE, and INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE must not be blank.

If a leaver has graduated, then the TX-DateOfGraduation, TX-GraduationTypeCode, and TX-IndividualGraduationCommitteeGraduateIndicator must be reported.

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is not "01", then DATE-OF-GRADUATION, GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE, and INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE must be blank.

If a leaver has not graduated, then the TX-DateOfGraduation, TX-GraduationTypeCode, and TX-IndividualGraduationCommitteeGraduateIndicator must be blank/not reported.

If GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE is "07" or "57", then the student leaver should be at least 22 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year.

For a leaver, if the TX-GraduationTypeCode indicates the student has reached age 22, then the student's September 1 age should be at least 22.

If CAMPUS-ID is a campus registered with the TEA as a JJAEP in the prior school year, then STUDENT-ATTRIBUTION-CODE should be "02".

For a leaver, if the StateOrganizationId (TX-SchoolReference) reported was registered with the TEA as a JJAEP in the prior school year, then the TX-Attribution should indicate "JJAEP".

For a particular CAMPUS-ID, if the only LEAVER-REASON-CODEs used are "01" and/or "98", then identify this campus and its total number of leavers.

For a particular campus, if the only leavers reported are designated as "graduated" and/or "other", there may be miscoded leavers or missing leavers from the data reported.

A student leaver's prior year September 1 age should not be greater than 25 or less than 10.

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", then there must be student graduation program data with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

If a leaver has graduated, then student graduation program data must be reported for that student.

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is not "01", then there must not be student graduation program data with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

If a leaver has not graduated, then student graduation program data must not be reported for that student.

For a particular CAMPUS-ID, there should be at least two different LEAVER-REASON-CODE values reported.

For a particular campus, all of the leavers should not be reported with the same leaver reason code.

If GRADE-LEVEL-CODE is less than "09", then LEAVER-REASON-CODE must not be "01" (graduated).

Students reported as graduates must have been in high school.

If GRADE-LEVEL-CODE is "09" or "10", then LEAVER-REASON-CODE should not be "01" (graduated).

Students reported as graduates generally should not be in grade "09" or "10".

If DISTRICT-ID is "211901" (Texhoma ISD), then LEAVER-REASON-CODE must not be "01" (graduated).

Texhoma ISD must not report graduates with Leaver Reason Code "01".

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", then INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE must be "00" or "02".

For a graduate leaver, the TX-IndividualGraduationCommitteeGraduateIndicator must indicate "Not applicable" (00) or "IGC Graduate" (02).

If INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE is "02", then GRADE-LEVEL-CODE must be "12".

A student cannot be an IGC graduate before the 12th grade.

At least one student leaver graduate should be reported with GRADUATION-TYPE-CODE "34", "54", "55", "56", or "57".

At least one graduate should be reported as having graduated under the Foundation High School Program (FHSP).

The number of school leavers with INDIVIDUAL-GRADUATION-COMMITTEE-GRADUATE-CODE of "02" should not be equal to the number of school leavers with GRADE-LEVEL-CODE "12".

An LEA or campus should not report all of their 12th grade graduates as having graduated based upon an IGC decision.

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", "24", "88", "90", or "98", then HOME-LANGUAGE-CODE and student address information must be provided (ADDRESS-TYPE, STREET-NUMBER-NAME, CITY, STATE-ABBREVIATION, POSTAL-CODE).

TX-HomeLanguage and student address information must be provided for any school leaver with the following TX-LeaverReasonCode: "Graduated From A Campus In This District Or Charter" (01), "College, Pursue Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree" (24), "Court-Ordered To A High School Equivalency Program, Has Not Earned A Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency (TxCHSE)" (88), "Graduated From Another State Under Provisions Of The Interstate Compact On Educational Opportunity For Military Children" (90), or "Other" (98).

If LEAVER-REASON-CODE is "01", "24", "88", "90", or "98", then parent address information should be provided (ADDRESS-TYPE, STREET-NUMBER-NAME, CITY, STATE-ABBREVIATION, POSTAL-CODE).
