For Special Education Flexible Attendance, the following must be provided: StudentUniqueStateId, TX-CampusIdOfEnrollment, TX-Attendance-Event-Indicator, TX-InstructionalTrack, TX-ReportingPeriod, TX-NumberDaysTaught, TX-GradeLevel, TX-FlexibleAttendanceProgram, TX-InstructionalSetting, TX-TotalEligibleDaysPresent (in corresponding instructional setting), and TX-ExcessMinutesInstrSetting.
