This instructional arrangement/setting is for providing speech therapy/speech pathology services. Students who are provided speech therapy services only are not eligible to be counted for any other instructional arrangement. Speech therapy/speech pathology services must be provided by a professional with a TEA certificate in Speech & Hearing Therapy, Speech Therapy, School Speech-Language Pathology or with a license from the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. A S-LP assistant may provide speech language pathology services under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist.
