For a charter campus being reported for the Charter School Waitlist collection, NUMBER-CHARTER-STUDENTS-ENROLLED, CHARTER-EDUCATIONAL-ENROLLMENT-CAPACITY, and CHARTER-ADMISSION-WAITLIST-INDICATOR-CODE must not be blank.

For a charter campus being reported for the Charter School Waitlist collection, TX-NumberCharterStudentsEnrolled, TX-CharterEducEnrollmentCapacity, and TX-CharterAdmissionWaitListIndicator must be reported.

If CHARTER-ADMISSION-WAITLIST-INDICATOR-CODE (campus) is "0", then there must not be any student enrollment with a matching CAMPUS-ID that has CHARTER-WAITLIST-INDICATOR-CODE (student) of "1".

A campus reported as not using a waitlist for admission must not report any students as being on a waitlist.

For each student reported by the LEA, there must be enrollment (student school association) data with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

Enrollment (student school association) data must be reported for each student reported for this core collection.

If CHARTER-WAITLIST-INDICATOR-CODE (student) is "1", then for the CAMPUS-ID associated with the student on their student enrollment, the CHARTER-ADMISSION-WAITLIST-INDICATOR-CODE (campus) must be "1".

For a Student being reported as being on the waitlist for a charter, the TX-CharterAdmissionWaitListIndicator must indicate the charter uses a waitlist for the campus associated with the student on their student enrollment.

For a student enrollment, TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID must match a TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID for a student.

For each student reported with enrollment data, there must be corresponding student data reported.
