If PK-TEACHER-REQUIREMENT is not blank, then this staff person should have a Teacher Section Association with a CLASSROOM-POSITION of "Teacher of Record" for a Course Section where HIGH-QUALITY-PK-PROGRAM-INDICATOR is "1".

A staff person with a TX-PKTeacherRequirement should be reported as Teacher of Record for a High Quality PK program course.

For a given Course Section, if the Course is for the Pre-Kindergarten SERVICE-ID (01010000) or a Kindergarten SERVICE-ID, then there should be at least one teacher section association with CLASSROOM-POSITION of "Teacher of Record".

Each course section for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten should have at least one Teacher of Record.

FIRST-NAME, MIDDLE-NAME, and/or LAST-NAME should not end with " JR", " SR", " I", " II", " III", " IV", " V", " VI", " VII", " VIII", " IX", or " X" (not case sensitive).

If the student assessment REPORT-ASSESSMENT-TYPE is "ECDS - KG", then the student's September 1 age should be at least 5.

A Kindergarten student who is reported with a KG ECDS assessment should be at least 5 years old on September 1.

If ENTRY-GRADE-LEVEL-TYPE is "Preschool/Prekindergarten", then September 1 age should be 3 or 4

A student in grade "Preschool/Prekindergarten" should be 3 or 4 years old on September 1.

If HOME-ROOM-INDICATOR is TRUE, then there should be a student assessment with REPORT-ASSESSMENT-TYPE "ECDS - KG".

Student Assessment data should be reported for the homeroom for Kindergarten students.

If HOME-ROOM-INDICATOR is TRUE, then there should be a student assessment with REPORT-ASSESSMENT-TYPE of "ECDS - PK".

Student Assessment data should be reported for the homeroom for Prekindergarten students.

For each Course Section, there should be a corresponding student section association where CAMPUS-ID, CLASS-ID-NUMBER, and COURSE-SEQUENCE-CODE are the same.

Each course section that is scheduled should also have at least one student reported as participating in the course section with student section association data.
