For each Local Education Agency’s data submission, there must be data reported for the LEA itself.

Each LEA must report the basic information about itself.

Campus data must be provided for each campus registered with the TEA as an active instructional campus.

Campus data must be reported for each campus registered with the TEA as an active instructional campus.

The last three characters of CAMPUS-ID must be "001"-"698".

For a Campus, the StateOrganizationId must end with "001"-"698".

CAMPUS-ID must match an entry registered with TEA as an active instructional campus.

For a Campus, the StateOrganizationId must be a valid campus registered with the TEA as an active instructional campus.

For a Course Section being reported for the Class Roster collection, POPULATION-SERVED and NON-CAMPUS-BASED-INSTRUCTION-CODE must not be blank.

If a Course Section is for the Class Roster collection, then PopulationServed and TX-NonCampusBasedInstruction must be reported.

For each staff person, Teacher Class Assignment (Teacher Section Association) data must be reported with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STAFF-ID.

Each teacher (role ids 047 and 087) must be reported with teacher class assignment (teacher section association) data.

For reporting a staff's Social Security number data with STAFF-ID (such as to PEIMS), STAFF-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM must be "State".

For reporting a staff's Social Security number data (such as to PEIMS), the IdentificationSystem must be "State".

If STAFF-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", then each character of STAFF-ID must not be the same number.

For a staff person, if the IdentificationSystem indicates "State", then each character of ID must not be the same number.

If STAFF-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", then the first three characters of STAFF-ID must be between "001" and "899" (excluding "666"), the fourth and fifth characters must be between "01" and "99", and the last four characters must be between "0001" and "9999".

For a staff person, if the IdentificationSystem indicates "State", then the first three characters of ID must be between "001" and "899" (excluding "666"), the fourth and fifth characters must be between "01" and "99", and the last four characters must be between "0001" and "9999".

If STAFF-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", then STAFF-ID must be 9 numeric characters

For a staff person, if the IdentificationSystem indicates "State", then ID must be nine numeric characters.

For a staff person being reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must not be blank: STAFF-ID, SEX, DATE-OF-BIRTH, HISPANIC-LATINO-ETHNICITY, HIGHEST-LEVEL-OF-EDUCATION-COMPLETED, YEARS-OF-PRIOR-TEACHING-EXPERIENCE, and at least one RACIAL-CATEGORY.

For a staff person reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must be reported: ID, Sex, BirthDate, HispanicLatinoEthnicity, HighestLevelOfEducationCompleted, YearsOfPriorProfessionalExperience, and at least one RacialCategory.

For each Teacher Section Association, there must be a Course Section with a matching CAMPUS-ID, CLASS-ID-NUMBER, and COURSE-SEQUENCE-CODE.

For each teacher section association, there must be a course section with the same StateOrganizationId (SchoolReference), UniqueSectionCode, and TX-CourseSequence.

TX-UNIQUE-STAFF-ID for a Teacher Section Association must match TX-UNIQUE-STAFF-ID for a staff person.

For a teacher section association reported, there must be corresponding staff data reported.

CAMPUS-ID must match an entry registered with the TEA as an active instructional campus in the reporting LEA ending in "001"-"698".

For a Teacher Section Association, StateOrganizationId must be an active instructional campus registered with the TEA in the reporting LEA and must end in "001"-"698".

SERVICE-ID must not begin with "SA", "SE", "SR", "SS", or "8".

A teacher section association must not be reported with a CourseCode that indicates: educational aides (starts with "SA"), special education and related services (starts with "SE"), teachers with additional responsibilities (starts with "SR"), faculty with non-teaching responsibilities (starts with "SS"), or local-credit courses (start with "8"). (Teacher section association references section, which references course offering, which contains the CourseCode).

ROLE-ID must be "047" or "087".

Only staff persons who are teachers or substitute teachers are reported with teacher class assignment data.

ASSIGNMENT-BEGIN-DATE must be between June 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

For a teacher section association, the BeginDate must be within the current school year within the range of the months from June through August.

ASSIGNMENT-END-DATE must be between June 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

For a teacher section association, the EndDate must be within the current school year within the range of the months from June through August.

ASSIGNMENT-END-DATE must be greater than ASSIGNMENT-BEGIN-DATE.

The date that a teacher was assigned to, or reassigned to, a course must occur before the last date a teacher was assigned to a course.

If SERVICE-ID is a high school course, then COURSE-SEQUENCE-CODE must not be "A".

For a teacher section association, the TX-CourseSequence "A" is only reported for non-high school courses. (Teacher Section Association references Section, which references Course Offering containing the CourseCode).

For a Teacher Section Association being reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must not be blank: CLASSROOM-POSITION, ASSIGNMENT-BEGIN-DATE, and ROLE-ID.

For a Teacher Section Association reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must be reported: ClassroomPosition, Begin Date, and TX-StaffRole.

For reporting student data, STUDENT-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM for STUDENT-ID must be "State".

For reporting student data, IdentificationSystem for IdentificationCode (SSN or state-approved alternative identification number) must indicate "State".

If STUDENT-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", then the first character of STUDENT-ID must be "S" or "0"-"8".

For a student, if the IdentificationSystem indicates "State", then the first character of IdentificationCode must be "S" (for an alternative id number), or "0"-"8" (for a Social Security number).

If STUDENT-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", then each character of STUDENT-ID must not be the same number.

For a student, if the IdentificationSystem indicates "State", then each character of IdentificationCode must not be the same number.

If STUDENT-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM is "State", and the first character of STUDENT-ID is not "S", then the first three characters of STUDENT-ID must be between "001" and "899" (excluding "666").

For reporting a student's local ID data (such as to PEIMS), if LOCAL-STUDENT-ID is not blank, then STUDENT-IDENTIFICATION-SYSTEM for LOCAL-STUDENT-ID must be "District".

For reporting a student's local ID data (such as to PEIMS), if IdentificationCode (Local Student Id) is not blank, then its IdentificationSystem must be "District".

For a student being reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must not be blank: STUDENT-ID, SEX, HISPANIC-LATINO-ETHNICITY, and at least one RACIAL-CATEGORY.

For students reported for the Class Roster collection, the following must be reported: IdentificationCode (where IdentificationSystem is "State"), Sex, HispanicLatinoEthnicity, and at least one RacialCategory.

For each student reported by the LEA, there must be student section association data with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

Student section association data must be reported for each student reported for the Class Roster Collection.

For each student reported by the LEA, there must be enrollment (student school association) data with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

Enrollment (student school association) data must be reported for each student reported for this core collection.

For a student enrollment, TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID must match a TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID for a student.

For each student reported with enrollment data, there must be corresponding student data reported.

For a student section association, STUDENT-END-DATE must be greater than or equal to STUDENT-BEGIN-DATE.

For a student section association, the date that a student was assigned to and begins attending the class must occur before the last date a student was assigned to a course.

STUDENT-BEGIN-DATE must be between June 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

The date that a student was assigned to and begins attending the class must be within the current school year within the range of the months from June through August.

STUDENT-END-DATE must be between June 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023.

The last date that a student was assigned to a course must be within the current school year within the range of the months from June through August.

For each Student Section Association, there must be a corresponding Course Section where CAMPUS-ID, CLASS-ID-NUMBER, and COURSE-SEQUENCE-CODE are the same.

For each student section association reported, the StateOrganizationId, UniqueSectionCode, and TX-CourseSequence must match a reported course section.

For each student section association, there must be a corresponding Student with the same TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID.

For each student section association reported, there must be corresponding student data reported.

For an Enrollment (Student School Association) being reported for the Class Roster collection Fall submission, ENTRY-GRADE-LEVEL-TYPE must not be blank, and must be a valid value in the DC063 code table except for "Early Education", "Preschool/Prekindergarten", and "Kindergarten".

For each student reported with enrollment data for the Class Roster collection, EntryGradeLevel must be reported. Only students in grades "01"-"12" are to be reported for the Class Roster collection Fall submission.

For each Student Section Association where NON-CAMPUS-BASED-INSTRUCTION-CODE on the corresponding Course Section is "00", there must be at least one Teacher Section Association with a matching CAMPUS-ID, CLASS-ID-NUMBER, and COURSE-SEQUENCE-CODE.

For each student section association, there must be a teacher section association with the same StateOrganizationId (SchoolReference), UniqueSectionCode, and TX-CourseSequence, unless the TX-NonCampusBasedInstruction indicates the course was not taught by a school district/charter school employee or contracted teacher, or was taught at a facility other than where the student is enrolled.

For each Student Section Association, there must be a student Enrollment (Student School Association) with a matching TX-UNIQUE-STUDENT-ID and CAMPUS-ID.

For each Student Section Association reported for a student, there must be student enrollment data reported at the same campus.

SERVICE-ID must not begin with "SA", "SE", "SR", "SS", or "8".
