Definition
Indicates whether an adult student (age 18-25) who is currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program, dropout recovery school, or other adult education program (under TEC Section 29.259), has or has not attended school in the previous nine months prior to enrolling.
Special Instructions

This data element is only to be reported for students age 18-25 on September 1 of the current school year who are currently enrolled in a high school equivalency program, dropout recovery school, or other adult education program (under TEC Section 29.259).

ADULT-PREVIOUS-ATTENDANCE-INDICATOR-CODE = 1 means, Yes, they have attended school in the previous nine months prior to enrolling in one of the above mentioned programs.

ADULT-PREVIOUS-ATTENDANCE-INDICATOR-CODE = 0 means, No, they have not attended school in the previous nine months prior to enrolling in one of the above mentioned programs.
