The district where the student received the associate degree will be the district to report this information. Schools should not wait to report the associate degree information at the point of graduation if the student earns the associate degree prior to graduation. It should be reported in the next PEIMS Submission after the degree is earned. A student may be reported as having an associate degree at any point while in 11th or 12th grade, or by August 31 immediately following graduation.
