All report types in AskTED allow some form of data export to a downloadable file.
After you generate a customized report and click View Details, Mailing Labels, or Email Addresses, you can click Download File in the upper-left corner. The File Download dialog then offer choices to open or save the file or cancel the request. These files are in comma-delimited format.
Data for all public districts and schools in Texas can be downloaded by selecting the Reports and Directories > Download School and District Data File menu option. There are also download links on the AskTED home page labeled Download School and District File and Download School and District File with Site Address which both produce files with current data for all campuses.
All output produced under the Reports and Directories > Reports menu option can be exported to a file and downloaded using the Crystal Reports toolbar.
The main page of AskTED provides direct links to two school and district downloads under the Useful Links header. Both of these files are assembled early each morning with current TED data. There is also a link to archived school and district data files which contain TED data from previous years.
