Organization Type	Intended Users
Educator	For teachers, paraprofessionals, and all others creating a TEAL user account for access to the Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) for Educators. The TEAL user account links to the educator’s certification records in ECOS based on matching personal data.
District, Charter, ESC, Private School Staff	For district and school staff who use TEA web applications to perform job duties. These users can still link to their educator records later if needed. (These users can also select "Other")
Internal TEA Contractor	Restricted to internal contractor staff working onsite at TEA.
Internal TEA Employee	Restricted to internal employees who work onsite at TEA.
Other	For any user external to TEA, including staff who work at Educator Preparation Programs, nonprofits, or other organizations whose staff members use TEA web applications to perform their job duties.
