The main page for School FIRST shows the overall financial ratings for the districts for which you are authorized. From this screen, you can navigate to related data by clicking on links in the report or by selecting options from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. The sample below shows ratings for two fictional school districts.

When you log in, by default, the system shows rating information for the most recent school year. To view data for a different year, select the desired year from the "YEAR" drop down list at the top of the screen.
By default, the districts are sorted by district number. To sort the records by a different column, simply click on the column heading (such as "Name" or "Rating").
To view performance on individual financial indicators for a district for the selected year, click the district number for the desired district.
The system displays a detailed report of the district’s performance on each indicator:

The last section of the report shows criteria used in the calculation of indicators that depend on the district's size and on pre-determined acceptable ratios of students to teachers and students to staff.
